    Tuesday 2 by 15 min tempo , MG 2 by 20 mins tempo , all with 3 min rec
    Thursday 4 by 2 km (ish)
    MG 6 by 2 km (ish) 10 mile effort. 3 min jog rec.
    Sunday long run 80-90 mins
    MG 2.15 hours
