    Week 8th-14th Sept
    Tuesday 3/4 by 1500 m at tempo effort with 90 sec rec
    MG 6 by 1500 m at tempo effort with 90 sec rec
    Thursday 1 by 15 min and 1 by 5 mins at 10 km effort with 2 min rec. 4 by 400 m fast 90 sec rec
    MG 3 by 12 mins at marathon pace with 2 min rec.
    Sunday 80-90 mins
    MG 2.45
