    Hi Guys,
    We’re going to meet in the Phoenix Park @8.30am on Sunday.

    Depending on weather if it’s nice bring your runners to do a short brick run after.

    Great spin today taking in 70km of the IM Dublin course.
    Particular well done to the few intermediates who came with us. There were 13 fairly cold and wet bikers by the time we were finished

    Yes, thank you, thank you for pushing our limits!
    As a reward, I might have achieved a new world record … In taking the helmet off!! When I got home, nobody was there to help me and I couldn’t unclip the bloody thing for 10′, fingers lost their function, and nearly considered using the scissors 🙂
