    Hi Guys,
    I won’t be there this Sunday but the Spin will be leaving from Westwood @9am I just have to confirm with the group leaders the routes but they should be similar to previous ones.

    Is there any chance of separate groups for inter and advanced doing the Kildare loop. Not sure I could keep up with the speed but would love to do the distance.

    Hi Guys,
    Advanced will be led by Steven Moody
    Intermediates will be led by James Northridge
    Beginners will be led by John Lyons.

    Make sure you have adequate food/drink some cash for coffee/cakes spare tubes/tyre levers/pump/Co2 and a rain cape.
    Helmets are compulsory, No Helmet No Spin.
