Thurs turbo session – post up if attending

Please post up if you intend on making the Thursday 8th Jan Turbo session – Star of the Sea School, Sandymount 20:15-21:30. (google search for it if you don’t know where it is … spoiler alert .. it is on the Southside)

We are trying to get a feel for the numbers and for the initial session we will be limiting this to the first 10 members who post up.

NB this session is free as cost of hall covered by club and is suitable for all levels.

What you will need
– turbo
– bike that fits into your turbo
– water
– recovery food for afterwwards
– sweat towel
– change of clothes for after this sweatfest
– a can do attitude
– a willingness to condemn the brussel sprout as the most evil of all God’s creations*
