After the swim seminar, Kris gave us a couple of videos from “Total Immersion”.
I took one named “Outside the Box – Success in Open Water”, and I’ll bring it tomorrow (Sat 04-Mar) to pass on after the swim.

If I remember, there was another one of the same title, two on “Breathing technique” and one on “Mastering breastroke” -that nobody wanted- :-).

If possible, next I’d like to get a handle on the “Breathing technique” one.
