    This position has been ably filled by our very own Stu Russell – who is now guaranteed a place in volunteering heaven where every race is a PB.

    The rest of you lazy lot better volunteer for DCT quick smart to avoid being condemned to volunteer hell which is littered with rough sea swims, puncture laden bike legs and hilly runs in baking sunshine…
