Wed Evening Bike Intervals/Brick Phoenix Pk

Hi,

Given the suplendo weather we are cutting short the turbo sessions and are starting bike intervals followed by short run in the Phoenix Park.

Meeting at 6:30pm at Papal Cross from tomorrow for 15 min warm up followed by main set @ 6:45pm. Feel free to join in whenever you can get there. Circuit will be the DCT route for the first few weeks.

Session will be as per Dig Deep. Those who wish to do hillier stuff could head off to Strawberry Beds nearby.

Plan is to still meet at Papal Cross @ 6:30, do 1 lap warm up and then do main set on Strawberry Beds or Chesterfield Av/OS Rd/Furze Rd loop, depending on peoples preferences/Dig Deep set.

I’m gona tap out of the spin this eve. It’s Very blustery out there. Think I will turbo and run instead (the running part being complete lies)
