Phil SykesParticipantThanks, Ellen. There’s a Belpark Aquathon on in Dun Laoghaire this Wednesday evening which may impact upon swimming at Seapoint as the entry/exit point is at the windsurfers’ pier. Might have a go at it myself. The Martello Tower end of Seapoint should be unaffected. Details on the Belpark website (ignore the celebrations of their victory over Piranha in the Face Off!). Run is up and down the West Pier.
40 Foot will be unaffected.
Cheers,
Phil.

ParticipantHi there,
Would just like to apologise to those who tried to make it to Club Spin on Sunday last. No post up and no coach.
The coach in questions is very very sorry and apologises to members who went to Westwood. We’re all adults and I’m sure you can still manage to get a cycle in. This weeks Cycle will be out at 9AM and will get coach to confirm.
Stephen.
