    Hey Paul, it’s 56, but I’m not sure how the sizing works with TT frame.

    The frame should suit 5’9-6’0, but i’m 6’1″ and the post/bars are only about half extended.
    I’ve all the original/extra spacers though and the bars haven’t been trimmed so there should be a bit of play.
