Notice of AGM 2025

Notice of the upcoming AGM to the members of Piranha Triathlon Club

The details of the 2025 AGM are as follows:

Date: Saturday, 11th October 2025
Time: 11:00am (Light breakfast and tea/coffee from 10.30am)
Location: St Anthony’s House, Clontarf

Please sign up on Glofox (when available) so that we have numbers for refreshments.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
– Speak about any items on the agenda; and
– Vote on any resolutions proposed.

Agenda:
– Receipt and approval of the Annual Report in the form of a presentation by the Chairperson and other Committee members on the activities of the club during the year.
– Report from Committee Members on each area of club activities.
– Receipt and adoption of the Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure accounts.
– Election of Committee Members and other club officers.

If any member wishes to raise any specific business to be discussed or resolutions to be considered at the AGM, please do so by notice in writing to the Committee 14 days before the AGM.

The club is completely volunteer run and relies on the volunteer efforts of our wonderful members. If you are interested in putting yourself forward for any role on the Committee or in volunteering in any capacity, please let contact me or another Committee member, or email clubsecretary@piranhatri.com
