APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN FOR DCT 2024 RACE DIRECTOR

Dear Piranha club members,

Planning has begun for Dublin City Triathlon 2024, which the club will host in August 2024. DCT is one of Ireland’s largest triathlon events. The Committee is now seeking applications for the position of Race Director.

The DCT Race Director is a paid position that involves working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the race day is a success for all athletes and volunteers.

Anyone interested in the position should send an email application to clubsecretary@piranhatri.com and chair@piranhatri.com outlining the role they have played in assisting with the organisation of DCT in the past or any other relevant experience they have in organising similar large events and indicating any areas of specialism that they possess relevant to the role. Please indicate your interest before 5pm on Wednesday, 25th October 2023.

Please also note that the successful applicants MUST be fully paid up members of both Piranha Triathlon Club and Triathlon Ireland in order to be considered for this appointment.

Further notice will be posted in due course in relation to the Assistant Race Director role.
