Andy Kenny Strength & Conditioning Classes

A number of us are registared and paid up for the Andy Kenny S&C Class on Friday nights 7.30pm – 8.30pm – 5 weeks to go. As attendance has been low Andy is ok to accept replacements from this week onwards so if you are not planning on attending this / any other week can you post up here so others can take your slot – first post then gets the slot. I’m currently on the 45 minute class but hoping to be fit enough to make the tough 90 minute class.
