    In case I forget to do this closer to the weekend, best of luck to everyone racing IM Mallorca 70.3 this Saturday.

    Tim Kiernan has also asked me to pass on his best wishes to everyone competing. Whilst chatting he said it’s been great to see some of those athletes competing really improve their swimming over the past number of months through their hard work and dedication.

    Go nail it guys, we’ll be thinking of you enviously whilst in the balmy waters of Dollymount on Sat!
