Hi All

This week’s club spin will leave WW at 08:30 on Sunday.

Beginner’s route will be the same as last week

Intermediates and Advanced will follow this route:

Intermediates will turn at Greystones/Kilcoole depending on pace

The weather looks ok. No rain forecast as yet. 6-7deg with a fresh ESE wind so hopefully we’ll get blown home!

Good spin today… no rain, no freezing hands, what else can one ask for?

I’m just curious, what happened to the group that was going to stop in the “Happy Pear” for a coffee? When we came back from Kilcoole there was no sign of you, I asked the guy there and he said no cyclists stopped by…

we had our coffee, treats and were then so eager to get back into the saddle 😉 actually we got cold and had to start moving again. great spin. slowly recovering now
