Two groups this Sunday on our first club spins for 2020

Dave O’Shea will lead out the advanced group heading west and Marie Moran, with help from others, will take the improvers group.

All departing 9AM from Westwood. See you there.

Also next week will be the next 6-week block of Wednesday might 90-minute spinning classes for €40 at Andy Kenny studio on Pearse Street
