Two groups again this Sunday. Helen will lead one group of improvers and improved out to Lucan via Phoenix Park, Strawberry Beds to county line at McDonald’s in Lucan and back, with an outdoor coffee stop in Strawberry Beds.
Departure for this is 08:30 from Westwood.
For advanced, there is also a long, 200km ride all within Dublin.

You must have lights, plenty of food and fluids, a rain jacket just in case and the ability to complete the circuit, though you can drop off along the route, so long as you tell the ride leader.
