AnthonyMKeymasterIt was my idea but do we think that 27.5km is too little for turbo? Should we make it 30Km?

KeymasterWith a suffer score like that, give yourself 25.

KeymasterNo anthony – the scoring system stays as is … and if you do not have your turbo set up to accurately to measure distance … you deserve to miss out !!

AnthonyMKeymasterEh Moody, we don’t all put the turbo on the lowest resistance and cycle at “35km/h” for an hour. Judging by your form on the weekend you should be logging 20km/h on the turbo 😛

AnthonyMKeymasterPaul, suffer score is meaningless. Training load is where it’s at!

Paul MooneyParticipantWho cares what points we get for each, it’s all about consistency 😛
I’d be more alarmed that beginners are doing 25km runs or training everyday of the week which is not sustainable and maybe we need to do a little training talk for New to Tri?

Keymaster@paul …. in fairness – we are not babysitters nor do we know what the real level of people putting themselves as beginner “triathletes” (they could be accomplished runners etc) …. or what they are training for/goals … could be a spring marathon which would make high mid week mileage correct….
We have done as much as we can for the little baby fish … they have to be responsible for their own training now…..
Fly fishes fly …..
