Just to confirm that our first session with John Coumbe-Lilley, our visiting Sports Psychologist and Mental Skills coach will take place this week. Details are:

When?

Where?

The Maldron Hotel, Cardiff Lane, Dublin – opposite the Bord Gais Energy Theatre

Those Piranhas who completed John’s survey should receive an email from him in the next couple of days with a personalised review. There will be opportunities for one to one sessions with John over the coming weeks. Both John and his colleague, Liz Torres, who is a Nutritionist and triathlete, will be training with us while they are here, so you will also have chance to interact in a less formal way.

I was fortunate enough to spend a couple of hours with John yesterday and he has some very interesting insights, not only in relation to sports but life generally. I think you will enjoy his presentation.

Absolutely right, John. Apologies – I’m getting ahead of myself, some of the dates will be in July.

Just to confirm: 24th JUNE is correct. That is tomorrow.
