All are moving well on the bike
Irish Pro’s Brian Mc Crystal and Eimear Mullen doing OK. Brian swim 1.02 was poor ( lead group of 12 all came out in 47 mins) but he is avg 43kph on the bike. Eimear swim 60 mins was Ok but she is good on the bike but then watch her pass everyone on the run

Niall Mc D off the bike in total 5.54 4.53 bike time savage racing Club record could go (9.34.43) needs a sub 3.40 run

Also Linda O neill is flying and expected off the bike in total 6.18 and a 3hr58 marathon would give her the ladies club record ( 10.18)
