Inaugural Piranha OW handicap race

Hi all,

That time of the year again. To signal the end of the OWS and Tri season, we are looking at holding the inaugural Piranha open water handicap race. Let’s see how our OWS skills have improved and go for a few bevvies and grub after to brag!

DETAILS:

When: Saturday 28 September 2019 (DATE HAS CHANGED DUE TO PTC SOCIAL NIGHT)

Where: Low Rock, Malahide, County Dublin.

Time: Around 12:30 pm – 1:00pm (time to be confirmed closer to the event depending on tide).

Cost: €5 (proceeds to go to club charities).

Distance: 750m

Clothing: Wetsuits permitted (no ridiculous G-strings please, Peter Sweeney !)

SOUNDS A1 – WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

If interested, fill in your name and estimated swim time in order to be provided with a handicap. This should be your best sprint distance time from 2019 (if you have not raced in 2019, then 2018 etc). I will be closely monitoring the times, so no tricky business!!!
