Massive congrats to Sean Barry who came home in 9 hours 59mins 26 sec in IM Austria yesterday. His Splits were 72 min Swim 5hr 6min Bike and 3hr 32min Run …………All very impressive but add in the fact that, he and his wife had a baby 2 weeks ago and not a whole lot of sleep while tapering makes it even more impressive.
