Ironman coming to Dublin

Just attended a press conference where it has been announced that there will be a 70.3 Ironman in Dublin next year. More than likely on 9th August with the intention of a full distance event being held in 2016. Swim is more than likely to be in Scotsman bay with bike course heading into Wicklow mountains and T2 being in city centre where the run is likely to be a 2 or 3 lap course.
