    Will has done the swim in 1.09 and moving well on the bike at about 37kph average

    Swim 1:09
    Bike 5:08
    Run through 7.5k avg 4:30 pace
    Club record could be on the cards
    Mcd is having a great race
    Swim 1:01
    Bike 5:53 on that’s course incredible
    Run avg 4:30 pace
