    Tuesday U.C.D.
    1500m Sports Centre Field warm up and cool down with drills and strides before starting session
    5 by 1500m 10km pace with 2min recovery between sets

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up and cool down with drills and strides before starting
    20 by 200 fast with 200m cruise

    Day 3. 50mins with 6 by 15 sec strides after
    Day 4 10miles/16kms easy

    Running Group
    Tuesday 1500m loop warm up and cool down with drills and strides before starting
    4 by 1500m 10km pace with 2min recovery
    6 by 150m sprints after

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up and cool down with drills and strides before starting
    10 by 200m with 1min recovery jog
