    TAPER TIME MARATHON RUNNERS YIPPPPEEEE

    Tuesday
    1500m warm up
    4500m (3laps of the Sports Centre Field) @ half marathon Pace
    2 by 200m fast with 200m jog easy
    3000m (2 laps again) @ 10km pace
    2 by 200m fast with 200m easy jog

    Wednesday
    50mins easy

    Thursday
    10min warm up
    20mins with 10 by 1min pick up 1min easy
    10min cool down

    Friday/Saturday
    30mins easy

    Sunday
    100minutes no more
