    2 times 8mins/4mins/3mins = 30mins of continuous running
    10km/5km/5km pace
    10mins easy jog

    Fri/Sat
    Easy 60mins

    Sunday
    20miles or 35km Low Zone with the last 7miles/12km @Threshold pace/Zone 2/Moderate Zone
