    Marathon Training Tuesday
    All those who raced at the weekend you are just doing a 60min run with 8 by 80m strides after

    Marathon Training Thursday
    10min warm up and cool down with strides
    30mins at marathon pace
    10 by 1 min fast 1 min easy
    15mins at half marathon pace

    Tuesday
    1500m loop warm up and cool down with strides and drills before starting
    1500m loop at 10km pace 2mins rec
    4 by 300m with 1 min rec
    1500m loop at 10km pace 2mins rec
    4 by 300m with 1 min rec

    Thursday
    10mins warm up and cool down with strides and drills before starting, plyometrics after the session
    4 by 300m with 1min rec, then 3mins at the end of the set
    4 by 200 with 1min rec

    Sorry forgot to post the other two days for marathon training group.
    Day 2 is 60min run with 10 by 20 second pick ups along the way, allow for a good 1/2mins between each pick up

    Day 4 is the long run
    20 miles or 30km
