There was an issue recently with some members not being on the list in Westwood . This can happen for a number of reasons, your payment has not gone through correctly , you TI membership is not up to date or an error has occurred and you are not on the list. If this occurs please under no circumstances confront the Westwood staff , they are not at fault and should under no circumstances have voices raised at them! If this does occur you can email the membership team and we will look into this matter.
So off you all go and renew your membership and TI for the year on the TI website , your Christmas present to yourself!
