There were a number of us in Athlone today for the Middle Distance National Champs and there were some fantastic times
I Know there was one other lad but not sure of his name (sorry) I think he is Spanish ! No Ladies in the Half !( saving yourselves for IM 70.3 Dublin)

Miklos Berencsi from Hungary (correct me if I’m wrong Miklos!) came in 4:55. Congrats on the AG placings Derek & John. It was a really enjoyable weekend.
