    Could any inter and advanced swimmers bring their pull buoy, paddles & band if ye have them to NAC tomorrow.

    Hi. Are ye bringing gear to every swim now? Mine have gathered dust since I bought them!

    Hi Darragh,

    I had asked people coming to NAC sessions on Fridays to bring their stuff as we’d be using it for drills etc. I’m not coaching at the mo but I might be back in the fold when we’re in WW again.
