    Thanks Paddy -saves me a job:) know it’ll come to Friday evening and ill bemoan that I’ve signed up until I finish it and will be delighted:)

    Louise – think you’ve been at every event I’ve done this year (not that I’ve done many) so think that means you have to do it!

    What’s the water quality like in the bay?

    I’m heading to the night swim on Friday. I heard the last one in 2013 was very well run, and was a safe and great experience for all swimmers.

    Water quality seems fine – see http://splash.epa.ie/#idbw/IEEABWC090_0000_0100″ onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;

    Pity Louise – enjoy whatever you’re at:)

    so warm – think i might even have to swim without wet suit – but not sure that would be safe!

    No wetsuits at the Commonwealth Games Tri in Glasgow yesterday! Think my daughter is coming with me, so we may do the shorter swim with no wetsuits – my street cred will be nil if she has no wetsuit and I do. 😉
