Open Water Swim Bull Island 16:30 Sat 23rd May

Some of us doing an OWS on Bull Island this Sat @16:30 (tis when high tide is on you know)

NB as it is not a coached session – it will be predominantly aimed at Advanced/Intermediate swimmers.

However if some noobies want to get in the water – if they aim to be there for 5ish (i.e. once we have done our main set) – some of the nice warm welcoming folk will keep an eye on you for a 15 – 20 min swim.

NB this is numbers dependent – so post up if you are interested in attending and what level you are – so I can confirm the details.

Good to see the New to Tri Mafia is being its usual enthusiastic self!

Ok – in terms of how this will work – I will see if I can cater for all posted but will be dependent on others to assist …

So when I know later in the week how many able experienced I can rope in to help – which will dictate how many of you lucky nooobies will get to swim with the fishes .. (metaphorically speaking – not your Mafia speak)

So keep an eye on this post – If restrictions I will post up a list of people we can take on a first come – first served basis
