    Tuesday
    Hill Session on Fosters Avenue.
    I will meet and pick up gear (in my car) at the Zebra Crossing at the UCD Sports Centre 7pm.
    Jog over as a group or meet at the Fosters Gate if more convenient.
    10 by 400m Hills with jog back down recovery

    Thursday
    Long Run

    Saturday
    10min warm up
    15miins of drills and running form technique exercises
    3 by 7mins at tempo pace with 3min recovery jog in between
    Fast strides after and then cool down jog
