4 by 1500m (1&3 at 10km pace with 90 sec recovery, 2&4 at 5km pace with 2.30min recovery)
Session 12 by 300m (5km pace)with 100m jog,
if racing at the weekend 5 by 300m with 100m jog(light and feel good 300s)
