    Thurs 6 by 3 mins at 5 km effort 90 seccrec

    Marathon group
    Tues 3 by 20 mins tempo with 3 min rec
    Thurs 10 by 3 mins at 10 km effort with 1 min rec.
    in between runs 70 mins and a 40 min run.
    Long run 2.30
