    Tuesday 3 by 3km with 2.30 rec.
    1st 1500m at tempo 2nd 1500m at faster than 10km effort. At least 20 seconds faster

    Thursday 8 by 3 mins tempo with 1 min rec

    Marathon group
    Tuesday 6 by 7 mins at 10 km effort with 2 min jog
    Thursday 15 by 3 mins tempo with 1 min rec.
    Long run 3hours
    In between runs 45-50 mins.
