    20min tempo with 8 by 10 fast strides after
    Thursday
    7 by 1km
    Marathon Group
    Tuesday- 10mins easy warm up jog 25mins at marathon pace, 6-8 by 100m strides after

    Thursday
    7 by 1km
    Alternating paces
    Marathon pace, 1min rec, half marathon pace, 90 seconds, 10km pace, 2 mins, repeat set with number 7 going back to marathon.
    – 30 mins easy
    -40mins easy 6 by 80m strides
    – long run 70-80 mins.
