6km tempo, 2 mins recovery, 2 by 400m after 5km pace, 1min rec
3/4 by 1600m, 10km pace, 2.30 recovery
30mins easy running, then 10 by 1min fast 1min easy
8 by 800m, Marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10km, Marathon, 1/2 marathon,10km, 5km, marathon paces,
recovery, 30sec, 1min, 90sec, 30sec, 1min, 90sec, 2mins.
80mins very easy
Also Marathon group is back to 8pm on Thursday night
