    Tuesday 10 by 2 mins with 1 min rec at tempo pace
    Thursday 4/5 by 5 mins at 10 km effort with 90 sec rec

    Marathon group
    Tuesday 10 by 2 mins at tempo effort with 1 min rec
    Thurs 30 min run with 6-8 by 200m fast strides. 1 min rec
    Sat/sun 75 mins. 30 easy and 30 at marathon pace. 15 mins easy.
    – other days 40 mins.
