4 by 1500m at 10km pace with 2 min rec
2by 1km at 5km pace with 200m jog rec 6 by 300m fast with 100m jog rec
6 by 1500m at 10km pace with 2min rec
20-25min run and then 6 by 300m light stretch out of the legs
-race Half Marathon
-Sunday easy recovery run of 60-70 mins
Still meet at 7.30 to be running at 7.40.
You can enjoy an earlier finishing time tonight 😀
