    Session- 3000m at 10km pace, 2 min rec, 1500m at 5km pace, 2 min rec, 4 by 400m, faster than 5km pace with 1 min rec
    Thursday
    Session –
    1600m tempo, 1 min rec, 10 by 200m fast ,100m jog, 1600m tempo
