    Tues -5 by 1500m with 2.30 rec.
    10 km effort
    Thurs 5 by 4mins at 5km effort with 90 sec rec, 5 by 90 sec with 45 sec rec 5 km effort

    Marathon training
    Tues 6/7 by 1500m at tempo effort with 1 min rec
    Thurs 10 by 4mins with 90 sec recovery at 10 km effort
    -50 min easy run
    -40 min easy run.
    – long run 1.50-2hours
    – bonus day 30 mins easy
