    Thurs
    10 by 1 min hard 1 min easy

    Marathon group
    Tues
    6km at marathon pace.
    Thurs
    4 by 1 min pick ups 1 min easy.
    Other days Mon/wed off or 30 mins jog
    Fri/sat off or jog 10-15 mins.
