    Tuesday 20 min tempo 4 min rec. 1500m hard
    Thursday 5 by 3mins, 5by 2mins , 5 hy 1 min. All with 1 min rec

    Marathon group
    Tuesday -5km at marathon pace. Nice warm up and cool down
    Thursday – 4 by 1 min stretch the legs out. Nice easy warm up and cool down
    – other runs for the week 40mins…Mon or 30mins wed. After Thursday 10-20 mins max.
