    6km tempo with 6 by 100m after
    Thursday
    10 by 400m with 100m jog rec5-10km pace

    Marathon group
    Well done to you all. We are so proud. Please respect the recovery process.
    Next 3 weeks
    Week 1 – no running
    Week 2 – 3 days jog/easy run 20 mins
    Week 3 – 3/4 days jog/ easy run 25-30 mins
    Week 4 – light tune over sessions Tuesday & Thursday with 30-40 min runs on the other days.
