    5 by 1500m, 1-tempo pace,rec 1min.2-10km pace,rec 2mins.3-5km pace,rec 3mins,4-tempo pace,rec 1min.5-10km pace.

    Thursday
    6 by 800m with 2 min rec at 5km pace

    Pre marathon training/those finished with tri season
    10 by 800m with 2min rec at 10km pace.

    Long run 90 mins
