    Thurs
    10 by 600m with 1 min rec. 5 km effort

    Marathon group
    Tues 7 by 1500m with 1 min rec. tempo effor
    Thurs 16 by 2 mins with 1 min rec 10 km effort.
    Long run 2 hours 10 mins.
    Other runs 45-50 mins.
    6th day if doing one is 35 mins easy
