    Tuesday.
    2 by 3 km tempo with 2 min rec.
    1 by 1500m at 5km effort.

    Thursday
    10 by 2 mins with 1 min rec. 5 km effort.

    Marathon group
    Tuesday 6 km at marathon pace.
    Thursday 4 by 1 min pick up 1 min relaxed. Just turning the legs over. Very relaxed.
    Easy jog warm up and cool down. 5 mins each.
    Other days 25-30 mins max.
    Sat off
    Sun race
