Fartlek
4 mins,2 by 2 mins, 5 by 1 min. Each hard effort is then followed by the equal amount of time jogging. 4 mins hard 4 mins easy etc
Session 2
5km -2km at 5 km race pace. 3 mins rec. 8 by 200m fast with 1 min rec
10km – 2 by 2km at 10km race pace, 3 min Rec, 10 by 200m fast with 200 jog rec
Half marathon- 4 by 2km at half marathon pace, with 1 min rec between efforts. After 6 by 200m with 20 jog rec
